Sean Finn
Co-President

Sean is a 2nd year economics major from Alexandria, Virginia. He is interested in climate change, artificial intelligence, and animal welfare. Outside of EA he enjoys swimming, reading, and spending time with friends. His favorite book is Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari.

Jacob Singer
Co-President

Jacob is a 2nd year systems engineering student from Arlington, Virginia. In the EA space, he is interested in economic development and incentive alignment. In his free time, he enjoys reading and photography.

Leena Heilizer
Vice President

Leena is a 3rd year psychology major from Arlington, Virginia. She is interested in global poverty, WELLBYs, and group mental health services, and existential risk. Outside of the club, Leena enjoys spending time with friends, reading, hiking, and baking.

Jake Adler

Jake is a 2nd year from Vienna, Virginia. Although he currently has no idea what he would like to study or do in the future, he plans to use EA as guidance. When he is not facilitating discussions, you can find him on the tennis court, hanging with friends, or struggling with calc 2.

Luke Ostyn

Luke is a 4th year computer science and physics major from Leesburg, Virginia. He is especially interested in existential risk, artificial intelligence, and population ethics. Outside of EA, he enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and reading a good book. One of his recent favorites is The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde.

Sterling Peterson

Sterling is a 2nd year philosophy major from Gainsville, Florida. He is interested in climate change, alleviating global poverty, and understanding existential risks. When not working on EA, he enjoys running, reading, and thinking about philosophy.
